Folded AdBlue Heating Hose

Concerns:

Problem:
Heating hose between AdBlue tank and oil cooling cover can be folded. Coolant flow
might be partly or totally blocked.
No AdBlue dosing will take place if the liquid remains frozen and it will cause bad
emissions and maybe also engine derate. Fault code MID128 PPID 274 FMI1/4 (Urea
Tank TempH/FKW) could be the result of the above problem.

Reason:
The hose is piece goods in vehicle assembly plant. Sometimes
it’s cut too long and might be folded when installed.
