Concerns:
All FL/FE/DE Trucks with D7E or D7F engine

Problem:
Potential injector nozzle problem caused by cracked washer. Potential fuel delivery pipe
leaks due to different surface pressure between the washers and copper sleeve on
different cylinders.

Reason:
Injector washer sold with injector from Volvo parts is incorrect.

Action:
Discard washer supplied with injector from Volvo Parts. Order the new washer
separately from Volvo Parts.
1 Recess of 0,5 mm of the top side.
2 Washer specified by DTZ and sold by parts as loose part ref. 20797983
3 Washer delivered fitted to the injector by Bosch
