AdBlue tank, Ventilation Rebuild Concerns:

FE/FM/FH, with AdBlue tank ventilation through the filler cap

Problem:
AdBlue is leaking out over the tank.

Reason:
Driving with full AdBlue tank, and ventilated cap can cause leakage

Action:
Exchange the cap to the specified cap in the table below. Follow the table below, and
drill the holes in the pick up as described on the pictures
( NOTE:If possible due to super structure dismount the pickup! Cleaning might be required!
As a second option dip the drill in grease before drilling)

‫‪ AdBlue‬يتسرب من الخزان‬
‫سبب‪:‬‬
‫يمكن أن تتسبب القيادة بخزان ‪ AdBlue‬الكامل وغطاء التهوية في حدوث تسرب‬
‫عمل‪:‬‬
‫استبدل الغطاء بالسقف المحدد في الجدول أدناه‪ .‬اتبع الجدول أدناه ‪ ،‬وحفر الثقوب في االلتقاط كما هو‬
‫موضح في الصور‬
‫(مالحظة‪ :‬إذا كان ذلك ممك ًن ا بسبب الهيكل الفائق ‪ ،‬فقم بفك االلتقاط! قد يكون التنظيف مطلوبًا! كخيار‬
‫ثان ‪ ،‬قم بغمس المثقاب في الشحوم قبل الحفر)‬ ‫ٍ‬
‫‪Plastic tank: Route breather hose as described in the picture below, use the already‬‬
‫‪existing holes in the tank bracket.‬‬
‫‪Stainless steel tank: Follow the tank bracket down to the bottom of the tank (similar to‬‬
