Broken AdBlue Nozzle

Concerns:
TYPE-FL, EAS-SCR, FSS-LEAF

Problem:
Broken AdBlue Nozzle. Due to interference with the front leaf spring as a result of poor
exhausts system alignment.

Reason:
Poor exhaust system alignment

Action:
Re-align the exhaust system according to below instructions:
(NOTE: The pictures show the problem areas on a FSS-AIR truck for visibility
purpose!)

Loosen the clamp shown in the picture, do not dismount the clamp or the bolt

Loosen the clamp between the pipe and the muffler; do not dismount the clamp or the bolt

Make sure that the flexible pipe is aligned according to the picture

(Picture shows how it looks from beneath the truck) Red arrow, the distance between
the frame and the exhaust pipe shall be 55 mm Green arrow, the distance between
the frame and the exhaust pipe shall be 78 mm

Make sure that the marks on the shutter housing and the exhaust pipe are in line and
then retighten the bolt.

The distance between the exhaust pipe and the engine block shall be minimum 16 mm

Retighten the support bracket bolt.

 ‫(مالحظة‪ُ :‬تظهر الصور مناطق المشكالت على شاحنة ‪ FSS-AIR‬لغرض الرؤية!)‬
‫قم بفك المشبك الموضح في الصورة ‪ ،‬وال تقم بفك المشبك أو المزالج‬
‫قم بفك المشبك بين األنبوب وكاتم الصوت ؛ ال تفك المشبك أو المزالج‬
‫تأكد من محاذاة األنبوب المرن وف ًقا للصورة‬
‫(الصورة توضح كيف تبدو من أسفل الشاحنة) السهم األحم‪zz‬ر المس‪zz‬افة بين اإلط‪zz‬ار وأنب‪z‬وب الع‪zz‬ادم يجب أن تك‪z‬ون ‪ 55‬مم‪ .‬الس‪zz‬هم األخض‪zz‬ر ‪ ،‬والمس‪zz‬افة بين‬
‫اإلطار وأنبوب العادم يجب أن تكون ‪ 78‬مم‬
‫تأكد من أن العالمات الموجودة على مبيت المصراع وأنبوب العادم في خط مستقيم ثم أعد ربط المزالج‪.‬‬
‫يجب أال تقل المسافة‪ z‬بين ماسورة العادم وكتلة المحرك عن ‪ 16‬مم‬
