VCADS Pro Interface 88890020

Concerns:
Interface 88890020 with serial number from 210 up to 6999.

Problem:
At high ambient temperatures might one internal component get loose and a rattling
noise is heard. With this failure it is a risk that the interface will stop working by time.

Reason:
The glue used for this particular component does not withstand high enough
temperatures after being heated up, normally several times. Critical temperature
is approximately 90C.

Action:
Interface with rattling noise shall be exchanged and material sent in to TMA. In case of
failure, use ordinary warranty procedure as for spare parts.

‫مشكلة‪:‬‬
‫في درجات الحرارة المحيطة العالية قد تحصل على مكون داخلي واحد يفقد وسماع الضوضاء القذارة‪ .‬مع هذا الفشل‪ ،‬فهو خطر أن تتوقف الواجهة‬
‫عن العمل حسب الوقت‪.‬‬
‫سبب‪:‬‬
‫ال يتحمل الغراء المستخدمة‪ e‬لهذا المكون المحدد درجات حرارة عالية بما فيه الكفاية بعد تسخينها‪ ،‬وعادة ما تكون عدة مرات‪ .‬درجة الحرارة الحرجة‬
‫حوالي ‪ 90‬درجة مئوية‪.‬‬
‫عمل‪:‬‬
‫يجب تبادل واجهة مع قذائف الضوضاء والمواد المرسلة إلى ‪ . TMA‬في حالة الفشل‪ ،‬استخدم إجراء الضمان العادي أما بالنسبة لقطع الغيار‪.‬‬
