SCR Muffler drainage hole for NOx sensor

protection Concerns:
FM/FH Trucks with variants EAS-SCR & EXD-VERT.

Problem:
Rainwater collected in the bottom of the SCR muffler on trucks with vertical exhaust
pipes can cause damage (cracks in the ceramic sensor body) to the NOx sensor.

Reason:
Muffler drainage holes are missing on mufflers with vertical exhaust outlet.

Action:
The muffler body consists of two metal layers with 10mm glass fibre insulation between
them. There are two 4 mm holes in the outer skin in the bottom of the SCR muffler. Use
any of those and drill through the insulation and inner skin with a 4 mm drill.
