Activity 1.2

1. What is the biggest challenge that you have encountered while

doing the activity?

Finding an improvised arnis so that I have something to utilize is the biggest

problem for me in conducting this activity. In addition, I couldn't practice outside
because there were cars passing by, so I stayed at home and practiced in a tiny area.

2. Did you strictly follow the routines that you prepared? Explain
your answer

Yes, I originally dressed in a t-shirt and pants in order to warm up

and practice 12 striking techniques.

3. What have you realized after accomplishing the activity?

Despite the fact that it is difficult, I see that this activity has numerous advantages
and can assist me in a variety of scenarios, particularly in risky ones.

4. Why Arnis is important in our culture & today’s generation?

Arnis aids in developing hand-eye coordination, which can lead to

improved athletics and more efficient everyday function performance.
Arnis improves his reflexes and response speeds, which is beneficial in
self-defense.
