While Taking Rich Amine Sample The H2S Reading in the H2S
meter went upto 100ppm. So i had to hold my breath to take
sample and to avoid any hazard to myself. But Also i felt slight
dizziness because of the exposure

The fall ceiling in room no.6 in the workshop is damaged and

hanging condition. Two pieces of them already fallen down.Others
are in a condition to fall on our heads who may be in that room at
any time. It should be rectified immediately.
Plant-213 1st floor staircase steps were fully damaged and
corroded condition.
