I have no misconception about the topic prior to I learned that critically evaluating texts and images
taking to taking up this lesson. is important we use for research, study, and
presentations. Image should be evaluated like any
other source, such as journal articles or books, to
determine their quality, reliability, and
appropriateness.
It’s also important that we evaluate the
effectiveness of our message by developing and
using strategic questions to identify strengths and
weaknesses. In these lessons, we’ll identify the
qualities of an effective text and explore strategies
for evaluating our own work. Furthermore, critical
reading is very essential, as it requires you to
evaluate the arguments in the text. Distinguishing
fact from opinion, and look at arguments given for
and against the various claims.
