The Lion was much amused to think that a Mouse could ever help him. But he was
generous and finally let the Mouse go.
Some days later, while stalking his prey in the forest, the Lion was caught in the toils of a
hunter's net. Unable to free himself, he filled the forest with his angry roaring. The Mouse knew

Summer in the Philippines is always hot. Generally, we feel the extreme hot weather in
March, April and May. During the months of April and May, children enjoy their summer
vacation. People do various activities to overcome the hot weather. Some people swim in the
beach. Others stay dipped in the swimming pool. Those who have much go for a vacation
specifically in Baguio City and Tagaytay.
For this year’s vacation, I think it is best to stay home. I think staying indoors in a room
with refreshing air conditioner is all we need. If this is not enough, maybe an inflatable pool can
help relieve humidity. Eating ice cream and drinking cold drinks could also make everyone
happy. If my parents would ask me about my preferences this summer, I think I would definitely
choose to stay inside my room. My brother thinks the same way. He believes resting at home is
better than travelling.
