Ingredients
1. Munagaaku - 1 bunch ( only leaves ), ( fry the leaves in a pan by adding 2 spoons of oil and keep it aside)
2. Roasted Groundnuts - 125 grms.
3. Red Chillies - 20
4. Rock Salt - as reqd.
5. Garlic Pods - 25 pods (small)
Method
• Mixie it all the above items including fried munagaaku without adding water.
• Take a pan, add small laddie of oil and season with mustard, asafotida, Urudh dhal - 1/2 spoon and few fresh
curry leaves. Then add the ground powder and fry for 2-3 mins in a low flame. Sugar can be added while frying -
1/4 spoon if needed.
