Title Associate Product Manager


Reports To Product Manager
Department Korn Ferry Digital
Background Korn Ferry is the leading HR solutions provider, operating in 40 countries.
The company operates across multiple business segments, including
Executive Recruitment, RPO and Leadership & Talent Consulting.
This role, based out of India, will specifically support the KF Digital
Learning Products focused on Sales Transformation & Customer Service
Training portfolio.
Primary Contribute to the creation and maintenance of content related products
Functions and features, from the idea stage to launch. Work with internal teams to
support the creation of products and features that fill gaps and increase
customer engagement.
Essential Duties  Liaise with Senior Product team to support roadmap deliverables,
and client requests and research to expand product growth.
Responsibilities  Support the analysis of customer and market trends to create
requirements and drive product development.
 Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, design, Instructional
designers, developers and other key stakeholders.
 Define important metrics and analyze performance that inform
success and opportunities.
 Support product roadmaps and objectives to present and negotiate
with key stakeholders.
 Collate feedback from survey systems and analyze for future
improvement projects
 Conduct market research to aid in defining product vision and
strategy.
 Manage the project work for development projects
 Maintain content for information and enablement pages in company’s
intranet
 Manages Product Support Inbox to answer product queries for internal
(not client facing) requestors.
Education BA/BS degree in learning design or management, business, or similar.

Experience  2-3 years experience working directly with all levels of stakeholders.
 Familiarity with market research and techniques.
 Familiarity with instructional design approaches (classroom and
digital)
Big plus  Familiarity with Sales and Customer Service Training products
 Experience with developing client or consumer-facing training
products.
 Experience with Product Management
Skills  Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills
 Fluent in technical processes and the ability to translate these
processes with non-technical stakeholders
 Ability to communicate ideas through mockups
 Ability to work collaboratively with design, operations, and
development teams.
 Knowledge of product management tools (ie: Leankit, Jira and Trello)
 Well organized and able to plan and execute projects in a structured
manner.
