1. Registration Charges for Genius Solutions is Rs.500/- which will not be refundable.

1.1 Free Registration: For zero registration charges, candidate shall be responsible to pay 60%
amount of the monthly CTC offered by the client as a placement charges.

2. After payment of registration charges candidate will become lifetime member of Genius Solutions.

3. Genius Solutions will provide 3 interview calls to all candidate. It is mandatory to attend all interview
calls otherwise Rs.50/- will be charged as a penalty and candidate will be kept on hold for next 3
months.

4. After selection of the candidate in any organization, that candidate has to pay placement charges
4.17% amount of the CTC (which will be equivalent to 50% of the one month CTC) offered by the
client.

5. Candidate shall be responsible to pay the placement charges after 30 days from the date of joining in
any organization.

6. Candidate shall be responsible to pay the placement charges though candidate leaves the organization
within a month.

7. Candidate has to submit any one of the document - PAN Card / Marksheet / Post Dated Cheque or
Rs.2000/- in cash as a security, Genius Solutions will be returned submitted document after receiving
the payment of placement charges.

8. Candidate shall be responsible to maintain the secrecy about position / vacancy information as well as
to making payment of the placement charges.

9. Genius Solutions has the right to take legal action against candidate in case of breaching the above
clause.

10.Genius Solutions will charge placement charges for every joining of the candidate for interview call
given by Genius Solutions.
