A healthy relationship between the school, teachers and stakeholders is important, as this will enable
everybody to harmoniously work together and shared best practices within and outside the school which have
a positive impact on the students.
Sta Maria Magdalena Elementary School has been in the limelight of better educational delivery and
awarded in the Region as Exemplary Support Services Delivered Awards 2021- 2021 Brigada Eskwela, Small
School Category, 2019 Brigada Eskwela Best School Implementer, Small School Category, Elementary Level
in the current school, 2018 Brigada Eskwela Best School Implementer 2 nd Place for Medium School
Category-Elementary, 2017 Brigada Eskwela Best School Implementer, Small School Category Elementary in
the previous school.
Maintained SBM Level 2 Maturing from the School Year 2019-2020. Implementation of
SBM practices in school lead to improve school performance. It involved collaborations, unity, partnership
and accomplishing functions of teachers, community and stakeholders as well for the school.
Regarding teaching and learning, the school head and teachers conducted action research from 2019 up to the
present. School Head and Master Teacher 1 graduated as Microsoft Education Ambassador Batch 2019,
Batangas Leg last 2020. Grade 1 teacher nominated as Division Finalist and District Most Outstanding
Teacher last 2019 and Most Outstanding Researcher 2021. Stage 2 Qualifier 2021 SHINE Awardee was
achieved by the Master Teacher I Ma’am Jackie A. Intoy and Grade 2 Adviser Ma’am Simonette M. Manalo
District level SHINE Awardee 2021.
Also, the Learners from Grade Four and Grade Six won Division and District contest in Mathematics
and Araling Panlipunan Virtual Contest 2021 with the winning coach Sir Sergio P. Cornista and Ma’am
Ruzzel B. Portinto. These school achievements can be the basis for inter-school benchmarking that provides

Despite the pandemic crisis, Sta Maria Magdalena ES have been finding ways to continuously give and
shared quality education to teachers, learners and partnership activities. In order to provide an appropriate and safe
procedure of bencmarking activities the school and school partners follows health protocol recommended by IATF.
A simple opening program was held in the conference hall, an introductory speech was given by the school Principal
Ma’am Annaliza G. Cartabio. After the welcome remarks, a message was also delivered from the Master Teacher of
the school Ma’am Jackie A. Intoy. For the second part of the program, the school head discussed the best practices
on SBM Transparency and Accountability. Ma’am Simonette M. Manalo , school M and E coordinator shared and
discuss the best practices on Feedback and Monitoring Mechanism.
After the shared discussion, presentation and awarding of certificates was held and closing remarks was
delivered by the elementary coordinator Teacher III, Mam Maria Cristina B. Reyes.
