SCHOOL DETAILS.
1. Bahria foundation schools were found by Pakistan navy. These schools are located all
over the country in different cities. Most of the schools are up to college level.
Bahria foundation school and college, bhara kahu campus has open building. It has
proper ventilation and Classrooms are well lighted.
It has three grounds.
Science laboratories and computer lab are well maintained. (Every area has few
discrepancies).
Principal is highly educated, having the teaching and coordination experience of over 10
years. Bahria foundation has the policy of choosing the principal and coordinator by a
proper panel. They check their abilities and capabilities.

2. Teachers are selected by principal, and a written test is conducted by coordinator.

Whole staff has a master degree and most of them also has a bachelor degree in
education too. Montessori teachers have diploma of Montessori too. Different
workshops are given time to time for the betterment.
3. The locality of this school is a little backward. Percentage of educated to uneducated
parents is 60 to 40 percent.
4. Students are approximately 300 in this branch. The governance is not allowing the staff
to increase the number because of the capacity available. And the tough situation given
by the Covid. The classrooms are arranged in 6 feet distance order.
5. Office of the school has proper sitting area for the guests. New parents are guided
accordingly.
6. This School has some financial problems. And Covid has made it more challenging.
Because the locality is not that literate and it has overall effected the education and the
school lives of students and teachers. Students have suffered more. Many parents
dropped their kids. But Pakistan navy has always supported their Schools and
organizations.
7. Students of this Schools are very talented and are motivated towards every positive
activity. Most of them bear a good attitude.
8. The location of this School is in Islamabad. It is surrounded by greenery and at one side
flow of water can be seen. This area is purely a beautiful and a good area for
encouraging students and teachers collectively. The fresh views enhances the brain
abilities.
