1. What is the importance of recreation?

Doing or participating in recreational activities have a good effect on our mental and
body conditions. It contributes to human happiness. It also gives a person a better
level of good memory, excellent decision-making skills, emotional and mental
stability, and independence.

2. How do recreational activities contribute to human happiness?

Recreational activities contribute to human happiness by removing mental stresses


and tension. If a person is working/performing an activity regularly and continuously for some
hours, it gives us physical and mental fatigue and strain. But if that person does any
recreational activities, the feeling of fatigue will relieve and restore the energy and promote a
sense of joy. And for another example, if a person is stressed or has a problem and will
engage in recreational activities, he/she will enjoy it, the problem or stress he/she is feeling
will relieve.
