There are some instances that we do not want to go out and just do some activities
inside our home and relax. This is the reason why indoor recreation is created. These are
those activities that we do during leisure that provides you pleasure. There are some
recreational activities that can be performed inside with our family and friends and some
of these can be sports, dancing, and more. With that, this activity of yours “fitness and
fun game” envelops the enhancement of selected fitness components in a game
mechanism. You’ll be experiencing fitness while having fun.
Objectives:
Participate in an indoor game.
Realize the importance of indoor game participation in enhancing fitness.
Here’s how:
It’s good to have fun while you are trying to achieve your fitness goal. Think of an
indoor recreational activity that suits your interest. Participate in your chosen indoor
recreational activity during your leisure in 2 weeks (do it twice a week). Answer the
processing questions and attach documentation.

1. What fitness components are involved in your chosen indoor recreational activity?
Both Cardio Vascular Endurance and Muscular endurance
2. What role does your chosen indoor recreational activity play in this world dominated
by technological advancements?
Well, it does give some break for all of the current stuffs as of the moment, perhaps
similar results may be noticed to other people, what I mean is that aside from other
modern activities such as playing digital games, what I did was low cost and fun – it
offers diversity as well as breaks.
3. How can your chosen indoor recreational activity contribute to fitness and community
building?
Besides offering physical fitness and pleasure, it also offers peace of mind to its
participants, resulting for a better wellness that may pertain to better relationship with
fellow players as well as friends/family.
