2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR CONTRACTORS WORKING ON LADOL BASE

Contractor shall provide the following items for her workers and adhere to Ladol basic COVID-19 protocol, HSE and Security
Procedures.
1 Nose mask(s) ✔

5 Coverall / Reflective jacket(s) ✔

11 Social distancing from Ladol Base residence & other Staff ✔

3. OTHER ADVICE
Contractor shall provide the following for her workers as addition to the mandatory requirements above
1 Accommodation at nearby village for staff ✔
2 Food and water ✔
