learners identify/name the hypotenuse and the two legs of a
given right triangle.

EXPLORE Present an activity (cross-word puzzle. The learners will look

for the words related to Pythagorean theorem in the puzzle.

EXPLAIN The learners will answer the question based on the previous
activity: What is Pythagorean Theorem?

ELABORATE Presentation of the Pythagorean Theorem

 Present illustrative examples.

EVALUATE Assess the learners thru worksheet - formative assessment.

ASSIGNMENT/ The students were instructed to study their lessons in
