Cleanliness refers to the state of being free from dirt, dust, or impurities. It involves maintaining a neat and tidy
environment, personal hygiene, and the absence of contaminants to promote a healthy and pleasant living or working
space.
Sanitation or cleanliness should also be observed in a kitchen. Common kitchen sanitation practices are the following:
1. Washing of hands thoroughly.
2. Washing the kitchen tools properly.
3. Use spoon in testing food.
