Motivation :

The teacher will provide a scrambled words to the students. The students will guest what are
the correct words.

After guesting the words. The teacher will ask the student.

Question: do you have an idea what is our topic for today?

B. ACTIVITY (Lesson Proper)

“Guest the topic/ Jumbled Letters "

1.1 The teacher will prepare pen, pieces of paper that has letters in every piece. The teacher
will group the student into 5 groups. One student from each group will get the prepared set of
thing they needed. Every group will have 5 mins. To guest the types of hazards. The first group
that is done will be the winner.
C. ANALYSIS

1. Why we need to know the occupation health and safety procedures?

2. What will happened if you fail to understand the importances of occupational health and
safety procedures.

3. Why is it important to know and understand the importance of occupational health and
safety in caregiving.

D. ABSTRACTION

What is hazard and risk?

What are the types of hazards?

How to recognize hazards and risk in workplace?

What are the practical ways to prevent hazard and risk?

E. APPLICATION

The teacher will group the students into 3 groups. Each group must act the given scenario of
the occupational health and safety procedures in workplace.

After 2 minutes, each group must present their role playing.

E. ASSESSMENT

The teacher will prepare 15 questions that answers with true or false.
