SUBJECT: STAFF HOUSE ASSESSMENT REPORT

DATE: MARCH 28, 2022

I. Activity
Inspection of Manila HealthTek, Inc. Staff house in terms of safety and emergency
equipment.

II. Results
 Adequate number of Fire extinguishers are available on all floors.
 Fire Detection and Alarm System is in place.
 Fire alarms are strategically located.
 There are Fire/emergency Exits at all floors which lead to a staircase outside the
building.
 Emergency lights are installed and are in good working condition.
 Fire hoses are also installed.

III. Observations
 The staff house is relatively prepared and well equipped for emergency cases such
as fire.

IV. Recommendations
 May remind the building owner to conduct drills and maintain all the emergency
equipment in good working conditions.
