What are the advantages and disadvantages of using:

The term "globalization" refers to the possibility that people or circumstances that have
contributed to a country's development would also profit from it. The bottom line is that broad
and inclusive globalization allows everyone to engage in management so that a country's
policies reflect its own thoughts or plans.
ADVANTAGE

 Everyone has equal opportunities.

 For the countries to grow.

DISADVANTAGE

 The reorganization of government institutions to make them more accessible to all.
