The term "globalization" refers to the possibility that people or circumstances that have
contributed to a country's development would also profit from it. The bottom line is that broad
and inclusive globalization allows everyone to engage in management so that a country's
policies reflect its own thoughts or plans.
ADVANTAGE

 Everyone has equal opportunities.

 Everyone has been given a fair chance.
 For the countries to grow.
 The Nation's development.
DISADVANTAGE

 The reorganization of government institutions to make them more accessible to all.

 There is a need to restructure the economic system.
 Reorganization is required in order for social processes to function properly.
