WORK COST ESTIMATE

Estimated cost of construction for proposed construction of B-2/103, New Kondli, Mayur Vihar,
Phase 3, Delhi -110096, based on information's and particulars furnished by owner.

1. Purpose for which estimate is made : To estimate the cost of the construction of the
proposed construction

2. Date as on which the estimate : 03-02-2022

3. Name of the Owner : Mrs.Dr.Anuradha

4. Area of Plot : 31.75 sq yrds (26.0 sqm)

5. Brief specification of the construction to be made is given as under:-

i) Foundation : Brick work and RCC column in foundation with proper

sign & proper cement and mortar.

ii) Brick work in superstructure : 9" thick brick work in cement sand mortar 1:5” and 4.5"
thick brick work in cement sand mortar ratio 1:4

iii) Roofing : 6" thick RCC roofing as per structural design with
proper steel reinforcement.

iv) Wood & Steel Work : Wooden frame and wooden shutters & windows etc.

v) Finishing : 12mm thick cement plaster on both sides of walls and

ceilings etc.

vi) Flooring : Tile flooring will be provided .

vii) Steel : Grills, railings and Main gate etc.

viii) Electrical installation : P.V.C. conduit wiring and switches etc. with ISI wires.

ix) Sanitary and water supply etc. : A suitable arrangement for sanitary & water supply will
be made.
Details of covered area as per drawing and its cost of construction. Including Pure white marble
stone flooring with granite polish, good quality of all sanitary, electrical work & POP work on walls
& false ceiling as per approved design etc. complete.
