INTER COLLEGIATE MANAGEMENT MEET 2022

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

 Each participant should own their ID card and bring their vaccinated certificate copy
 Participant’s should register in the appropriate event with the registration committee.
 The consumption of alcohol, smoking, eveteasing, influencing the adjudicators indecent behavior are
strictly prohibited
 A participant can participate only in one event due to simultaneous timing for events. If there is no clash,
then the participant can participate in any number of events
 Online registration can be done through Q R code .
 No registration fee .

EVENTS RULES:

ONSTAGE EVENTS:

A. RAZMATIZZING (ADZAP)

VENUE:   AUDITORIUM TIMING: 10 .30 am – 11.30 am

• On stage event
• No. of participants per team: 4 – 7
• One Team per department
• Theme will be given on the spot.
• Usage of props by the team during the event will lead to Disqualification.
• Judges decision will be binding & final.
• Any form of vulgarity will lead to disqualification.

B . GLAM IT UP (CORPORATE WALK)

VENUE: AUDITORIUM TIMING: 11.30 am – 12.15 pm

• No of Participants per team: 2 (Multiple appearances Permitted).


• One team per department
• Candidates should bring the background score in pen drive & Submit at the registration desk.
• Accessories and themes are permitted.
• Any form of vulgarity in the events is strictly prohibited.
• Duration of Ramp should not exceed 60 seconds .

C . BEAT THE BEATS (GROUP DANCE)

VENUE: AUDITORIUM TIMING: 12.30 pm – 1.00 pm

• On stage event.
• Style – any form of Dance.
• Uniform costume
• Time limit – Minimum 3 minutes – Maximum 5 minutes.
• Number of participants – 4 to 8 members.
• One team per department.
• Audio tracks should be submitted in a pen drive or email at the Registration Desk.

BUSINESS QUIZ:

VENUE : SEMINAR HALL

a) PERLIMINARY ROUND:
 member must be 2, from each college
 Each team will be given 15 multiple choice objectives types question
 Time limit is 10 minutes
 Selection teams will be promoted to next rounds

b) ROUND 1:
 A question will be asked to a team and if they could not answer, then they can pass the question to next
team.
 Each team will be asked 4 question each
 No negative marks for wrong answer
 Only 20 seconds will be given for answering

c) RAPID FIRE ROUND:


 Each team will be asked 5 questions one after another
 Only 1 second will be given for each question
 Team discussion is allowed
 Tam can not pass the question to another team and they can only pass for the next question

d) VISUAL ROUND:
 The team will be shown visual clips and they have to answer within 60 seconds .

 Two participants from each college


 Each team should submit only one logo
 Logo must be displayed only in A4 sheet. All required stationeries must be brought by the participant
 The logo must express the innovation of business

SPRAKELESS CUISINE (COOKING WITHOUT FIRE)

VENUE : B.ed BLOCK [ 2nd Floor]

• Participants should not bring any pre-cooked items.


• Pre-registration mandatory.
• Two members should be in a team to participate in the event.
• Participants are supposed to display a chart having the name, ingredients and calorie count each dish they
have.
