1、产品介绍：
Instruction:
通用固定带式输送机，用于红土矿原材料集中运输至设备中。可水平、倾斜及有凹凸弧的运输，上运倾角可达
25°，下运倾角可达 18°。可单机运输物料，也可由多机组成运输系统。
General fixed belt conveyor, used for centralized transportation of laterite ore raw materials to equipment. It can
horizontal, incline and concave and convex arc transport the material into the certain place, its upper transport angle
up to 25°, lower transport angle up to 18°. It can transport materials by single machine, and constitute a transport
system by using multiply belt conveyors.

 4、操作规程：
Operation Instruction
4.1、开机必须由中控操作员或现场巡检责任人操作，严禁无关人员开机；
The startup must be operated by the central control operator or on-site inspection responsible person；
4.2、必须由巡检责任人对皮带输送机进行全面检查，确认停机原因及是否有人检修；
The person responsible for inspection must carry out a comprehensive inspection of the belt conveyor to confirm
the cause of shutdown and make sure there is maintenance;
4.3、在确认现场满足开机条件时，启动电铃 30 秒或连续电铃 3 次(每次 10 秒)，方可启动相应皮带输送机。
When it meet all the conditions to startup the belt conveyor, the operator must ring the bell for 30 seconds
before startup the machine.
