Significance of the Study

This study aims to provide vital information and expertise about the effects of online
class setup on the mental and physical well-being of senior high school students. Respondents
will learn how the online class structure affects them and how they can prevent it by participating
in this study.

This study would be beneficial to the following individuals:

School. The findings of this research will bring clarity to the current state of the new
normal, which is the online class setting. This would also serve as a wake-up call to reinstate
face-to-face classes due to the negative impact on students.

Students. This study will be able to completely understand whether an online class or a
face-to-face lesson is more convenient. It will also indicate where they comprehend more and
concentrate more on learning in order to cope with the lectures and prevent possible harm.

Parents. This study will inform parents of students on how to support their children in
