Third party operator is responsible for loading and unloading drivable
equipment.
Inspect Powered Industrial Truck daily before use.
Person making inspection shall photograph equipment from all 4 sides and
document any cosmetic defects and a thorough inspection needs to be done
prior to signing off on shipment
Make sure operators are trained, certified, and authorized for the type of lift
