Program Concept

- To discuss the current state of Gender Equality in the philippines and also discuss specific
activities that will help the Youth who are under Gender equality.
- Determine who you want to reach out to
- Announcing the location of the webinar, which will be MS Stream

Technical Preparation and Risk Management

- Brainstorming – gather information by changing ideas to fully understand what will be the topic
for the meeting video or webinar.
- Reduction – Reducing what can hinder or disrupt our webinar
- Preparation – Planning wires or cellphones to respond and how to respond immediately.
- Recovery – Returning the community to normal.

- Discussing our title we want to stay with the title “Gender equality”
- To disseminate some information and ideas that can provide insight into our organization to be
effectively understood by the youth.
- We casually talk about who, what and how to do and handle our organization.
- All we need is a back-up team member for technical preparation to make sure everything will be
fine and risks are avoided at the webinar.
