PRODUCTS OF CORON
Food Souvenirs Delicacies
Coron also has a wide variety of local foods that can be purchased as a
souvenir. Many of these are regarded as the pride of the municipalities
from which they originated. During the “Fiesta,” the best time to buy
local food is when it is on sale. Street parades, fireworks, dance
competitions, beauty pageant contests, and food fairs are all part of
coron“fiestas.” Food fairs held at the Provincial Capitol in Puerto
Princesa City feature some of the best locally made products.
Throughout the fair, each municipality displays its food specialties, so
make sure to bring home some of Palawan’s delectable treats to share
with your friends and family.
