The overall human individual is living in a superficial-achievement society wherein

negativity is constantly worked against on, filtered out and sharpened. The progression
presented from old to new is visible due to the advancements we have made us human
beings, constantly molding ourselves as we go by. Coming from such a low standard to
where we are now. We often express ourselves more than we listen as if it were to be a one-
way street of communication and understanding. Piled up by multiple things especially with
pressure and isolation towards other individuals and even ourselves. With these things,
technology has gone along with every. In terms of Byung Chul Chan’s perspective especially
with his different literature like burnout society, life has become vague and more ambiguous
than before due to the barriers built up by each and every person around and the approval that
people seek . After all, everyone’s expected for something and expression’s one of them..
Everything has a positive and negative impact in terms of interaction, and the impact of
technology on the communication process is no exception.
Consider a person's daily routine in today's technologically advanced world. On social
networking sites, the day begins with a "good morning message" and ends with a "goodnight"
message. The social networking sites are like a virtual world in and of themselves! The use of
mobile phones and the Internet for communication is constant throughout the day. There are
modes such as emails, teleconferencing, video conferencing, networking sites, and other tools
to make the process quick and easy. The most popular modes of communication among the
current generation are mobile phones, emails, and social networking sites. This just puts to
show that we are slightly if not influenced by tech.
Technology has reduced the once vast and distant world to a small global village. We now
have the ability to interact with anyone on the other side of the globe thanks to technological
advancements. These advantages are what we use to the most of our extent.
The late-modern individual is suffering as a result of our competitive, service-oriented
societies. Multitasking, "user-friendly" technology, and the convenience culture, rather than
improving life, are causing disorders ranging from depression to attention deficit disorder to
borderline temperament disorder. In an age characterized by excessive positivity and
universal availability of people and goods, we interpret the spreading malaise as an inability
to manage negative experiences.
Stress and exhaustion are social and historical phenomena as well as personal experiences.
We draw on literature, philosophy, and the social and natural sciences to explore the stakes of
sacrificing intermittent intellectual reflection for constant neural connection, denouncing a
world in which every against-the-grain response can lead to further disempowerment.
With all this, one should be aware of one’s goals and tasks for we live in a world and a
society wherein coping becomes a major requirement and masking up is often the choice of
individuals for it’s what seems right but surely isn’t.
