Dear Parent,

Work education is an integral curricular component recommended by CBSE. It provides


knowledge, skills and values through well-structured activities and graded programmes.
Presidium is happy to provide the following range of free or paid options, which would cater to
the Multiple Intelligence of young learners.

I. PROGRAMME BASED ROBOTICS (OPTIONAL): FEE 3500/-

Robotics is the science of making machines with a variety of functions. Students would plan,
design, and build robots using their programming skills and STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering & Mathematics).

STEM-based robotics is widely recognized as one of the most important initiatives in 21st
century School education.

II. PHOTOGRAPHY (OPTIONAL): FEE 3500/-

Bring out your child's creativity by exposing him/her to photography. It is indeed an art form with
the technique of communicating through pictures.
This programme is being offered, in association with Delhi School of Photography, and will also
provide an understanding of how cameras function.

III. FORMULA 1: FEE 4200/- & 6000/-

Introduction to AI, ML and Computer Vision (FEE 4200/- )

Artificial Intelligence in Schools emphasizes on building the basic learning foundations of Artificial
Intelligence and Machine Learning in school students. The detailed course curriculum is focused
on developing the computational thinking skills required combined with understanding the basic
use of AI & ML from daily life examples.

F1 in Schools India Program (FEE 6000/- )

F1 in Schools is the only global multi-disciplinary challenge in which teams of students aged 9 to
19 deploy CAD/CAM software to collaborate, design, analyse, manufacture, test, and then race
miniature compressed air powered cars made from F1 model block.

IV. FINE ARTS (OPTIONAL): FEE NOT APPLICABLE

Fine arts curriculum helps students to share, learn and grow through collaboration, which is a
valuable skill. It also fosters creativity, imagination and aesthetics.

V. MEAL PLANNING (OPTIONAL): FEE NOT APPLICABLE

Expose your child to plan and prepare a meal according to the food pyramid, family’s nutritional
needs within the prescribed budget.
The traditional way of planning a meal was very basic: Cook vegetables, fruits, grains and dairy
products, using conventional cooking techniques. Today, meal planning is about nutrition, calorie,
taste and easy recipes. In result, it also enhances creativity improves presentation skills, table
manners, etiquette and hygiene.

VI. POWER YOGA (OPTIONAL): FEE NOT APPLICABLE

Yoga is a discipline which helps you strike a perfect balance between one’s physical, mental and
spiritual self. It’s a great way to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Power Yoga is an extended form of
yoga which emphasizes on strength and flexibility. It is a vigorous fitness – based approach to
yoga that enhances stamina, posture & mental focus.

VII. ZUMBA (OPTIONAL): FEE NOT APPLICABLE

It’s an excellent way to pursue your passion for dance & yet maintain a healthy lifestyle. The
dance workouts not only increase your flexibility but also improvise neuromuscular co-ordination
benefitting physical growth, helping children gain self-confidence, learn about team work, along
with fitness music by reflection.
VIII. NIE: Newspaper in Education (Times of India) : FEE 375/-

Newspaper in Education (NIE) is an international program to promote literacy & general


awareness using the newspaper as a reading tool.

Student may choose any one of the above options. Allocation of the option is subject to a
minimum batch size of 20 students.
