Hello Donna and Luis,

I would like to share with you a request made by the Facility Manager at Draper, UT Switch Location during a Walktru of our QC Manager for Deep Scrub of the Flooring for
the Restrooms and Break room areas in order to bring them up to standard.

The FM Mr. Willie Salas said that this is an ongoing issue and he believed that it was due to a flaw of the regular service. He was recommended to make a Request For
Services in order to provide this extra service.

Thanks for your feedback to a great partnership under your leadership. Basically it is Dirty Grout on the tiles that need to be done properly. Looking at the SOW in
regards to a monthly scrubbing put us in a tight situation since we were under the impression that this should be considered an extra serves and we are providing
supplies (consumables and cleaning) as well for this site. 

I would like that Kimco consider an increase of $ 95.00 a month, to cover our overhead and extra expenses and we can include the breakroom during this

Hi Marc,

Just to be clear. Machine scrubbing with a disinfectant in the bathroom is part of the scope of work. What is not part of the scope of work is a deep scrubbing in
the breakroom. We would need to have the client approve the work before we get it done.

If the are they requesting this service? You can have Willie request the service with the FM. We would then receive a formal request to have it done and have you
schedule it.

I understand the SOW. I would like that you consider, the fact that we need to bring a machine to do this work (once a month) and we incur in extra expenses for it. If we
could be compesated an extra $ 50.00 per month for this procedure, this would be a great assistance to our overhead and budget. According with the SOW we are providing
the consumables and chemicals for this site as well, and the same excenario it is for WA sites. 

Please keep in mind this SOW it is not just a General Janitorial work, when we have to bring extra equipment (scrubber machine) to maintain the sites up to par.

We are gonna ask Willie to talk to the FM for further extra service for the site as needed basis. Thanks
