 SPECIAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS (SPC)
((The conditions in this section are to be read in conjunction with the General Purchase
Conditions & Instruction to Bidders. In case of any contradictions, the conditions mentioned
herein shall supersede any other related conditions anywhere else in this tender document))

Special Purchase Conditions – Volume II Section I

Procurement of BMD SPARES For NTPC Talcher Super Thermal Power Station - 9900236810
1.0 TYPE OF BIDDING Single stage- Composite bidding
The Price Quoted shall be firm till the completion of

delivery and on F.O.R. Destination Site basis as mentioned
{ITB Clause 12.0 & GPC at Para 5.0 below.

Detailed price break up should be uploaded in Finance
Cover as per the conditions of the Price Bid - BOQ excel
sheet.

Bidder has to quote the unit basic price inclusive of P&F,

Freight, Insurance Charges and any other charges in BOQ
Excel Sheet.

In case bidder has indicated (Zero) or left blank in GST, the

same shall be treated as included in the Bid Price.

In case bidder has indicated (Zero) or left blank against

any Item, the same shall be treated as included in the Bid
Price of other Items and shall be supplied free of Cost.
The evaluation shall be done on FOR site i.e. landed cost
basis with cost compensation for deviations if any. The
loading will be done as per the procedure mentioned at
Clause No 10 of SPC.

6.0 PAYMENT TERMS 100% Payment shall be released within thirty (30) days of
receipt of materials at respective NTPC Site-Stores and
{GPC Clause 19.0}
submission of required documents in all respect, subject
to acceptance of the materials.

Vendor shall submit their bills online and the detailed

procedure is mentioned in Annexure-I to this Special
Purchase Condition.

For any issues relating to Material

Receipt/Inspection/payments, you may please contact
AGM (stores) of NTPC Site. The contact details of NTPC-
Stores will be provided in Purchase Order to be issued to
successful vendor.

7.0 CONTRACT Not Applicable

The provision for warranty will be 12 Months from the

9.0 INSPECTION All the materials of the tender will be inspected at NTPC
Stores.

11.0 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES As per Clause no. 35.0 of GPC.
