d. ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE FOR LEADERS OF ADULT

1. The Boy Scouts of the Philippines -Central Luzon Region (BSP-CLR) are pleased to announce the
conduct of the 2022 ADVANCED TRAINING COURSES (ATCs) with the following details:

a. ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE FOR KAWAN LEADERS

Date : 18-23 July 2022
Venue : Angeles City
Registration Fee : Seven Thousand Pesos only (Php7,000.00)
Deadline : 15 May 2022
Reporting Date : 17 July 2022 not later than 1700H

b. ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE FOR TOOP LEADERS

Date : 17-23, July 2022
Venue : Palayan Camp, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija
Registration Fee : Seven Thousand Pesos Five Hundred only (Php7,500.00)
Deadline : 15 May 2022
Reporting Date : 16 July 2022 not later than 1700H

c. ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE FOR OUTFIT ADVISORS

Date : 17-24 July 2022
Venue : Palayan Camp, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija
Registration Fee : Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (Php7,500.00)
Deadline : 15 May 2022
Reporting Date : 16 July 2022 not later than 1700H

d. ADVANCED TRAINING COURSE FOR LEADERS OF ADULT

Date : 18-23, July 2022
Venue : Palayan Camp, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija
Registration Fee : Seven Thousand Pesos Five Hundred only (Php7,000.00)
Deadline : 15 May 2022

2. General Qualifications to attend training are:
a. Must be a graduate of Basic Training Course (BTC)
b. Must be physically fit as certified by a physician and fully vaccinated
c. Must be currently registered as Unit/Lay Leader
d. Must be handling Scout Units for Unit Leaders (Kawan Leaders, Troop Leaders, and Outfit
Advisors)

3. Participants are requested to bring the following:

- Current BSP Membership Card
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card
- 2 pcs 2x2 ID Picture with white background in Type “A” Uniform
- 2 sets of Type “A” Uniform
o Blouse and skirt with yellow garter tabs for Kawan Leaders
o Blouse/Polo & short pants with green garter tabs for Troop Leaders
o Blouse/Polo & long pants for both male and female participants for Outfit Advisors
o Polo and short pants for male and blouse and skirt for female with green tabs for Leaders
of Adult
- Black shoes with shoelace
- Reference materials such as Kawan/Troop Leaders, Outfit Advisors, Leaders of Adult Manual
- Filipiniana Costume/Barong
- Casual wear/Working Clothes
- Flashlight, and Personal Medicine/first aid kit
- Tent and Sleeping Bag

4. The training fee mentioned above covered the following: training IDs, certificates, training materials,
meals & snacks (starting PM snack of the first day until lunch of the last day), and other
administrative and operational expenses.

5. Participation Quota. Each Local Council is given a quota of not more than four (4) per course. If the
course did not meet the minimum requirement of participants based on the National Training Policy
the course will be reset until we meet the required participants.

6. For those who are interested to serve during the mentioned above Advanced Training Courses,
kindly submit your letter of intent with an endorsement of the Council Scout Executive/Officer-In-
Charge on or before 30 May 2022 address to the undersigned.

7. ON-SITE REGISTRATION will NOT be accepted.

8. Reporting Time. Course/Support Staff will be reported at 8:00 a.m and confirmed participants are
advised to be at the venue no later than 5:00 p.m. one-day in advance before the above-mentioned
schedule for a staff meeting and orientation and briefing, respectively.
