Subject : 1st RPMI - KDP SCHOLARS TRAINING


Greetings of Peace!!!
Part of the duties and responsibilities of RPMI to its scholars is not just to support them
financially but also to give them the necessary trainings to further equip and empower them
to reach their goals in life.
Therefore, RPMI will be conducting its first training for its scholars. Details about training are
the following:
Date : June 21 and June 22, 2022
Duration : Half-Day (Morning Only)
Mode of Training : On-Line Training
Topics : Part 1: REDEFINING SUCCESS
Part 2: PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT AND
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Venue : Branches
Meals : Snacks = P50.00
Meals = P150.00
Transportation : Actual Transportation Expenses will be
Reimbursed

The training will be held online, since some of the scholars are busy with their studies and
chores and some also have no time or access to transportation to travel to the Head Office.
Trainings will be held at the respective branches for internet accessibility of the scholars.
Snacks and Meals will be provided for the training. Actual transportation expense will be
reimbursed. All expenses will be shouldered by the branch which will then be reimbursed by
the MIP Department.
A survey was conducted where the scholars were asked about their free time and dates
where we could conduct the training. The result of the survey was the basis for the details of
the training. The topics to be discussed were the topics pledged by the Transformation
Department during the last Strategic Planning.
