SUMMER VACATION HOME WORK – 2022-23

1. What is the best toy you have ever played with? What was so great about it? Draw/
paste picture of your favourite toy in your scrap book and write five things about
it?

2. Collect any five flowers.

Activity:

1. Collect five flowers.

2. Put each flower carefully between pages of any old book.
3. Place some heavy books/ weight on top of the book and leave for some days.
4. Stick (with tape or glue) the pressed flowers carefully in your scrap book.
5. Write the name of each flower below it in English and Hindi.

3. Reading is fun and it enhances our vocabulary. Let’s have some fun with words.

Activity: Prepare a dictionary with just two/ three words of each alphabet. Paste/
draw a picture related to the words in your scrap book.

4. What is Junk Food? What is Healthy Food? Take 3 pictures each of both types of
food and paste it in your scrap book.

5. Paste pictures of 5 different types of animals in your scrap book and write how
they are helpful to us?

6. Use dry leaves and make pictures of different animals in your scrap book or
Collect 10 different types of leaves and paste them in your scrap book. Write
down the name of the tree/ plant they belong to.
