We solved a problem effecting nearly every building out there that uses chilled water as a method
of cooling..

Low delta-T syndrome, the silent efficiency killer.

“In reality, in nearly every large scale chilled water distribution

system, the temperature of the chilled water returning from
the building is lower than the design value and hence delta-T
often falls well short of the design level, particularly at low
load. This is called “low delta-T syndrome.”
