Dear Student,

We herby forward you room offers from the private landlord Mr Thomas Mirschberger in Bubenreuth, Garagenweg 5.
In case of interest or questions
please contact the landlord directly. The accommodation service is not the landlord and only forwarding this availability for the upcoming semester.
Possibly this is
an interim solution for one semester or longer.

Please find descriptions of the different offers:

Regarding the accommodation itself:

The rooms are part of shared apartments. They are fully furnished with bed and mattress, desk, chair and a cupboard. In the apartments there are fully
equipped kitchens and a bathroom with shower and
toilet and 1 washing machine which you will have to share with your flatmates. The price includes
all the utility costs like electricity, heating, warm water and internet (50 Mbit/s). A cleaning fee of 25€ will be charged per tenant per month additional
for
the basic cleaning of the common facilities once a month. The room itself has to be cleaned by the students themselves.

Attached you find some pictures  to give you an impression, but these are not necessary the exact rooms you might rent.

The rental contract works semester wise. That means

the earliest move out can take place on 30 September, 2022.

If you want to move out it is always possible with the written announcement 3 months in advance before the semester end (deadline 30 June) . If you do
not cancel in time an extension works automatically for the next semester
and you will stay responsible for the monthly payment until the end of the
semester.

 
If you are interested
or have any questions please get in contact by Mail with the landlord
tmirschberger@web.de and introduce yourself and send a copy
of your passport.

In case you accept the offer and the landlord confirms as well, you will then need to transfer
the first rent and the security deposit to the account of the
landlord in a short deadline, only if you have transferred the amount the room is bindingly reserved for you.
 After that you will receive the rental
contract.

Please only get in contact with the landlord in case you can deal with the monthly amount of the rent and if you can decide for minimum one semester. In
case you are already in Germany you can apply
with the landlord for a visiting appointment. The rental amount is not negotiable. Please do not discuss
with the landlord as it is not common in Germany and might appear unpolite.

Please keep inform us if you accepted the offer and made an agreement with the landlord or if you declined it. Please give us a first update by 17 April,
2022.
