 Verbos Modales

Son verbos que ocupan en la oración la posición del verbo auxiliar, su característica
especial es que estos no poseen infinitivo y no cambian de forma

CAN : PODER
Se utiliza para expresar posibilidad y habilidad

• I can go to the bathroom

• I can´t go to the bathroom
• Can I go to the bathroom?
• When Can I go to the Bathroom?
 COULD : PODER
Se utiliza para expresar posibilidad y habilidad en
pasado y en futuro

• I could go to the bathroom after class

• I couldn´t go to the bathroom after class
• Could I go to the bathroom after class?
• When Could I go to the Bathroom?
 MAY / MIGTH : PODER
Se utiliza para expresar posibilidad y habilidad en
situaciones formales

• I may go to the bathroom

• I migth not go to the bathroom
• May I go to the bathroom?
• When May I go to the Bathroom?
