1. Test Condition
Note: Pumps furnished with proximity probes shall meet both bearing
housing and shaft vibration limits.
(NOTE) Seal shall not have a visible leakage during the pump test.
Seal leakage for tandem inner seal shall be judged by whether the seal
reservoir level is not changed during running test in visual.
No.12 Dismantling Inspection
Procedure The following parts shall be dismantled and visually inspected after running
test.

■ Wearing ring

■ Sleeve bearing (If any)

Acceptance There shall be no evidence of harmful defects, such as heavy scratches and
standard scoring.

Appendix-5:Acceptance Standard
1. Performance Test
When operated at rated speed and rated capacity, pumps shall be within the tolerances,
given in Table 1, of the guaranteed characteristics

2. Vibration
Vibration values shall be measured and recorded during the performance test in accordance
with API 610 11th Para. 6.9.3.
The vibration measured during the performance test shall not exceed the values shown in
the followings:
