Major defect : The depth of the cavity exceeds 50% of wall thickness or 1"(25mm),

in area. Leak holes found out on hydrostatic test.
Minor defect : All other defect not define as major.

All pressure casing components shall be hydrostatically tested with liquid at
a minimum of 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure.
