Inspection and Test Plan

For water supply and drainage system

PPR/PVC pipes

Main rule:

The PPR inspection and test plan will follow the specification ISO15874, and PVC will
follow the specification ISO4435 for test and acceptance application.

Detail Test Plan:

Indoor water supply pressure test:

1) The appearance of the pipeline is neat, horizontal and vertical.
2) The water pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure, not less than 0.6Mpa, the
duration is 24 hours, and the pressure drop is not more than 5%.

Outdoor water supply pressure test:

1) The appearance of the pipeline is neat, horizontal and vertical.
2) The water pressure is 1.5 times the working pressure, not less than 0.6Mpa, the
duration is 12 hours, and the pressure drop is not more than 5%.

Indoor drainage test:

1) The drainage slope meets the design requirements.
2) Water filling test. Fill it with water to full, observe for 15 minutes, and after the
water level drops then fill it up for 5 minutes , the liquid level does not drop, and the
interface of the indoor drainage pipe has no leaks are qualified.
3) Water flow test
Drainage should be smooth, no blockage, no leakage of pipe joints.

Outdoor drainage test:

1) The drainage slope meets the design requirements.
2) Carry out the water filling test in sections. Fill it with water to full, observe for 15
minutes, and after the water level drops then fill it up for 5 minutes , the liquid level
does not drop, and the interface of the indoor drainage pipe has no leaks are
qualified.
