KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, JUAN IDULSA CAHILES JR., of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at
30-A 14th Street Doña Rosario Village, Labogon, PH-6014, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines, do
hereby name, constitute, and appoint ROXANNE MAE GICA GONZAGA, legal age, Filipino, with
residence and postal address at Mahusay Compound, Punta Engaño, PH-6015 Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu,
Philippines, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for and in my name, place and stead, to do
and perform the following acts, deeds and things, to wit:
1. To represent me before the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Trade and
Industry (DTI), City Government of Lapu-Lapu and/or before such other government agencies
as may be necessary for the purpose of facilitating the process of Business Permit and
Certificate of Registration application;
2. To represent me before the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) for the purpose of
facilitating the process of Renewal application and any related renewal transaction;
3. To process and facilitate payment of taxes and registration fees for the filing of application for
the issuance of Business Permit and Certificate of Registration;
4. To sign, execute and deliver whatsoever agreements, instruments, papers, or documents, and to
perform such other acts and deeds as may deem necessary and desirable in furtherance thereof;
5. To submit, receive or obtain relevant documents such as but not limited to Business Permit,
Clearances, Certificate of Registration and similar documents to/from the appropriate
government agencies to effect the application and registration of business under my name;
6. To do such any other act or thing that may be required, necessary or incidental to carry out
effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority is hereby given.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and authority
to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary and proper to carry into effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, and
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall do or
cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
