✔ -Lack of Security Patrol,
considering the area was
Burglars/Thieves huge / open, public and
common area.

✔ -probability of shoplifting
incident is very low,
considering that this is a
Shoplifters residential area. Mostly all
outlets had its owned
security to watch over their
properties.
✔ -Lack of security personnel,
re: one (1) for Day Shift and
one (1) for Night Shift
-possible access of intruders
Unwanted Intruders
or lawless elements that
may create disturbance to
the facilities.

✔ Less incident due to less

Pickpockets crowding in the area.

✔ The probability of armed

Armed criminals outside the
Criminals/Holduppers residential area is less
serious.

detection of any security in
 the area because the
transaction is between the

from the victim.

B. Internal
✔ The existing company rules
and regulation particularly
on the discipline aspect is
properly instilled among the
Disgruntled Employees
employees. Also a
disciplinary machineries are
incorporated in the
corporate policy.
C. Accidents-Man-made
Disasters
✔ -The probability of fire
incident in the area is very
low the building has an
installed FDAS (Fire
Detection Alarm System) to
alert building occupants and
emergency personnel from
a centrally monitored
Fire location that can notify the
security responder in the
area to suppress any
presence of fire, if any (see
references no. 1 emergency
response management)

system and equipment the
fire alarm annunciator
Hazardous Materials ✔ -Per BFP requirement the
installation of LPG tanks
should be at least 100
meters away from the
residential area.
 Currently the LPG Tanks
situated about 3 to 5
meters adjacent to the
building and it could be
access by anybody with less
effort by simply destroying
the wire mesh and to begin
a destructive activity (see
reference no.6 LPG tank
farm).
✔ -Considering the building
was built year 2017 all
structure are fully equipped
Faulty Structures
and in good working
condition.
