5. Lower the jig until it horizontal to the floor and can be used as a rail for the column.

6. Using a 2.5 mm & 3 mm Hexagon wrench bar release the two screw on the top of the column and the three screws on

7. Release the plastic connectors holding the communication (LAN) cables.

It is recommended to release at least three plastic cable holders.

8. Slide the column out on the rail until you reach the slot.

9. Once the column reaches the slot, turn the column sideway so you can reach the connectors on the electronic board
And release the communication (LAN) cable and both flat cables.

10. Continue to move the column to the notch at the end of the jig, and tilt the column up, so the column can slide above it.

11. Slide the column above the notch and all the way to the end of the rail and remove the column.

e. Column flat cable from MCB to HVCD board replacement procedure QAW00122

13. Take the new column ASSY p/n 9020207 GE or 9020227 REDLEN or the repaired column.

20. Perform D-SPECT system calibration procedure QAW0074 including block alignment.
21. Perform daily QC test.
