Short story:
Jane has not gotten out of her room all day, she hasn’t eaten food or said anything, it is a bit weird
because she never does this. Her mom went up and gave a knock but received no reply, she was
super worried. Jane usually only does that when she is stressed out or in trouble but still gives
response.
It is the next day and Jane finally came out, her brother Jake went in the room and looked, it was all
messed up, there was paper all around the floor, nothing was kept in place, it looked like someone
has come in (not jane someone else)as there was weird marks on the wall. Usually jane room is the
cleanest and the most organized room in the whole house, but today it is very different. Jane went
downstairs and just sat not responding to anyone. Suddenly Jane starts to cry and keep crying and
tells her mother what happened the day before yesterday.

mentioned in the paragraph that there was ray of light from the streetlamp that suggest that it was
nighttime.

really frightened as it was dark, and the setting even described where the event took place and when
