TOPIC: REVIEW 1: Summer Camp: Present tense.
AIMS: The student will be able to reinforce the topic of the different tenses throught reading comprehension
activities intended to strengthen vocabulary of routines, time connectors, relationships and life.

CONTENT:
MY DAILY ROUTINE

I wake up at 6:40 in the morning. Then I get up and I take a shower. After that, I go to the kitchen,
where I prepare breakfast for my children and my husband, and I have it with them.

After that I take my children to school. I always go to the university by car. I attend to classes all
the morning and when the class finishes I leave university and I come back to my home
immediately.
Texts: Summer camp (page 4, ST).
I have lunch alone because, at that time, my children are in the at school and my husband is
working, so I relax and take a nap for one hour.

Later, I go downtown and pick up my children. Then, we have dinner and I study with them. My
husband arrives home about ten o'clock. Finally we all go to bed.

To start the class, the teacher will explain the students the management of -Power point

Activities Students will read some texts to develop a reading comprehension activity -MyOn
in the platform of Pleno solving part 5 and 6 questions according to the platform.

structure of Pruebas Saber. When the test is done, the teacher will give a
feedback to the performance of the students.

Students will read a book in the platform MyOn assigned 2 weeks ago.
They will answer the quiz generated automatically. That will be the score of
the assessment.

Develop the following activities:

-Take the exercise in the platform of Pleno after reading the texts on
pages shown in the content.

-Read the book called “the 1918 flu pandemic” in MyOn.

WRAP-UP:

LEARNING EVIDENCE:
After reading a text, the student may summarize it and write about himself in one sentence.

ASSESSMENT: To verify the students’ learning, they will take an exam in the platform of pleno
using as a base reading the text on pages shown in the content as well as read a book in the MyOn
platform to be taken as the assessment of these weeks.

HOMEWORK:
It doesn’t apply.

OBSERVATIONS:
Due to the worldwide Coronavirus pandemic health emergency, the class and its activities will be
developed through the online platforms authorized by the school: Santillana, Pleno Internacional and
MyOn.
