2 Method
2.1 Wash the mould with distilled water to remove the adhering oil particles and dry in oven.
2.2 Measure the length of the mould at two ends and centre to the nearest 0.01 mm. (a)
2.3 Measure the wall thickness at four corners to the nearest 0.01 mm. (b)
2.4 Measure the width at the centre of both the ends to the nearest 0.01mm. (c)
2.5 Measure the wall thickness at the centre of both sides at both the ends to the nearest 0.01mm. (d)
2.6 Measure the height at both the ends. Take two measurements at sides of each end to the nearest 0.01mm.

2.7 Measure the diameter at both the ends and centre to the nearest 0.01mm. (f)
