I saw an advertisement for an opened position with Ted and I am excited to apply for the announced
position as my educational background and professional experience supports my candidacy. I, Dr.
Advitya K, as someone with an eye for detailed developmental needs and impulse for the right design of
the solution-based intervention with regard to Leadership development & Talent Management, I thrive
on keeping projects running smoothly from kickoff through its execution. I’m very much keen for the
fortuity to use my experience, learnings, past research work- gained knowledge to not only meet the
aspirations of the management but take it to the nextBut take it to the next level; even at the changing
time of Covid-19 Global Pandemic.

journey in previous roles at Indorama, HPCL, Arvind Ltd, Aricent and Alembic Pharma, I worked on many
of the critical projects such as-

· Aricent’s flagship Global Competency Framework design

· Performance Management System Implementation through the Balanced Score Philosophy in Arvind
Ltd. & Credence Systems,

· Diagnosis & redesign of the entire Leadership development process for CEO to three levels down in
Alembic Pharma Limited,

· Capacity Development, Succession Planning, MDP & Leadership Development for HIPOs in Arvind Ltd.

· RACE Project- Role and Competency Enhancement Process design and implementation in HPCL &
Indorama Ltd.

In my Indorama tenure, when an external issue such Covid-19 Global Pandemic derailed a crucial
project milestone, I developed an all-team E-learning and Virtual Reality based competency
development system to ensure learning project sprints could continue moving forward. As a result, the
IDPs and Action Learning Project-based interventions have many times -got success.

Two very critical and strategic projects named “Udaan” & “Unnati” at Arvind Ltd with the aim to create
a systematic-strong-sustained-successful leadership pipeline within the organization and groups
companies was an effort the CEO and MD praised as “heroic and unprecedented” and both are still
running with the same SOP very successfully.

I always earned recognition on most of the responsibilities assigned from my guides and mentors,
especially for my ability to effectively design, execute, delegate, get my teams actively involved &
perform under pressure.

I have also got the experience to work on a global platform; to be a premium educator in Harvard and
currently developing a research paper in 4 series for Harvard with the name of VEDA- Virtual
Environment of Development and Assessments focusing on Leadership Development with the usage of
Virtual Reality & Artificial Intelligence in Assessment Centers & Development of the HIPOs. Please find

My experience working with cross-functional, international teams, while working abroad, has trained
me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. The Brief
