INTEGRATION AGREEMENT OF FEEDS

KNOWN ALL MEN WHO BY THESE PRESENTS:

This INTEGRATION AGREEMENT OF FEEDS is made this ______ day of May,

2022 between:

PADRE GARCIA DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE, represented by its

Chairperson Celso B. Briones, with official address at Padeco Compound, Pansol, Padre
Garcia, Batangas herein referred to as the INTEGRATOR; and

The MATIPUNSO WATERWORKS AND MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE,

represented by its Chairperson Felipa D. Lalunio, with business address at Brgy.
Matipunso, San Antonio, Quezon herein referred to as an ORGANIZATION.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the INTEGRATOR is authorized to distribute the PADECO swine feeds until
harvesting;

WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture has approved the Community Based Swine
Production through Clustering and Consolidation Project under the Integrated National
Swine Production Initiatives for Recovery and Expansion (INSPIRE) Program;

WHEREAS, the INTEGRATOR AND ORGANIZATION had agreed that the farmer/hog
raiser will be supplying stocks during the period of project implementation.

WHEREAS, the organization will pay the balance of the feeds after harvesting of stocks.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and of the mutual
covenants, contained, the parties hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Organization will purchase Padeco Feeds from the Integrator and will be paid
after four months or after harvest, regardless whether the Organization suffered
loss during hauling of hogs;
2. The terms and agreement will take effect for the period of three years.

Known to me to be the same person who executed the foregoing AGREEMENT and who
acknowledged to me that the same is their free and voluntary act and deed of the entities
that they represent in this instance. This Agreement consisting of two pages including the
page on which this acknowledgment is written, signed by the parties and their
instrumental witnesses, refers to an INTEGRATION AGREEMENT OF FEEDS.
